Portrait of Richenda GouldAh, the tech/creative hybrid, that most elusive of creatures! This rare beast understands the logic and rules required for technical implementation, while still listening to her imagination and solving problems with creative innovation.

Richenda has always been drawn to the artistic realm and the technological. Largely self-taught, Richenda learns through experimentation and research.  What she does not know today, she will unravel tomorrow.

Richenda was born in Cape Town but grew up in New Jersey, USA. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Eugene Lang, The New School of Liberal Arts, where she studied writing, media, and web design. She has worked for large corporations like Waterford, Wedgwood & Royal Doulton, in education for Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, as well as with artists and individuals like acclaimed photographer Nan Melville.

In 2016 she moved back to South Africa for a chance to experience that ‘other life’ she might have had. She is happily ensconced in Betty’s Bay between the mountain, the sea, and a lake.
